Under no circumstances shall the company, its officers, directors, employees, partners, or agents be liable to the user or any third party for any special, incidental, indirect, consequential, or punitive damages whatsoever, including but not limited to loss of use, data, or profits, or any other claim arising out of or in connection with the user's use of or access to the Website, Application, or YouTube Channel.

In the event of the user's breach of these Terms, they acknowledge that the company may be irreparably harmed and may not have an adequate remedy in money or damages. Therefore, the company shall be entitled to obtain an injunction against such a breach from any court of competent jurisdiction, and such relief shall not limit its right to obtain other remedies. Any violation by the user of the terms of this clause may result in immediate suspension or termination of their accounts apart from any legal remedy that the company can avail. In such instances, the company may also disclose the user's account information if required by any governmental or legal authority. The user understands that the violation of these Terms could also result in civil or criminal liability under applicable laws.

Refund Policy

Please note that all purchases of our products and services are non-refundable. This includes online batches and services. If you accidentally purchase the wrong batch, you may request to change it to another batch of equal value within 10 days of the purchase. We strongly recommend that you carefully review the complete system before making a payment for books. In the event that a product is damaged or lost during shipping, we will provide a replacement. However, please note that we cannot offer refunds for purchases where the wrong address is provided or where the books are not accepted by the student.

JURISDICTION, GOVERNING LAWS, AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms shall be governed by and construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of India. Subject to other provisions in this Clause, courts in Haryana and / or Rajasthan shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all issues arising out of these Terms or the use of the Services.

Any controversies, conflicts, disputes, or differences arising out of these Terms shall be resolved by arbitration in Haryana and / or Rajasthan in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 for the time being in force, which is deemed to be incorporated by reference in this Clause. The tribunal shall consist of 1 (one) arbitrator appointed by the Company. The language of the arbitration shall be English.

The parties to the arbitration shall keep the arbitration confidential and not disclose to any person, other than on a need to basis or to legal advisors, unless required to do so by law. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on all the Parties hereto.

Each party to the arbitration shall bear its own costs with respect to any dispute.

ACCOUNT DELETION

To request the deletion of your account, please send an email to our customer care service at support@alpharegiment.com. Once we receive your request, our team will reach out to you and ask for your confirmation to proceed with the account deletion process. Please note that we will delete your account within 96 hours after receiving your confirmation.
